Gross revenues increased by over 165% compared to the same period in 2020, which is the result of a well-defined pricing strategy, solid market positioning, and premium properties. On average, during this summer, the value per night was 40% higher than the same period last year, and the properties managed by the company yielded, on average, 80% more than in the same quarter of the previous year.
