What have we changed in the market?
Over the last decade, LovelyStay has been redefining property management in Portugal through innovative technological solutions. We have developed our own platform that allows property owners to monitor the performance of their investments in real time – promoting transparency, efficiency and trust.
We have implemented self check-in systems, such as NUKI and Lockbox, which make it easier for guests to arrive and increase autonomy in the operation of the properties. In addition, we use intelligent algorithms to optimise revenue, dynamically adjusting prices based on demand and market trends through Smartpricing technology.

We have also expanded across borders, with active operations in London and Istanbul, and soon in Spain. Although we continue to explore new markets, our roots and long-term commitment remain firmly anchored in Portugal, where our company was born”, comments Tonnard.
